missing wardrobe noisy door
the location was acceptable, very near the jemaa el fna square.
I was very frustrated. the room lacked basic amenities like a wardrobe and a mirror, despite photos suggesting otherwise!!! the front door didn't close properly. Outside noise disturbed us, i did not get a good night sleep.

great variety local information
The included breakfast offered great variety. Staff at the front desk were helpful and arranged prompt taxi service. They assisted with luggage and provided useful local information. I appreciated the immaculate condition of the room and public areas.
I found the street noise noticeable at times, and soundproofing could be improved.

The hotel is centrally located within a very short walk from the main square. The immediate vicinity features narrow streets and local shops. Public transportation is easily accessible nearby for exploring further afield.

The rooftop terrace provided a relaxing space with city views. Plenty of seating was available. The courtyard included a small plunge pool. Wi-Fi access was available throughout the building, and it worked reliably.

Breakfast featured local pastries and fresh fruit. The food was AMAZING!!! Coffee and tea were available throughout the day. The dining area was kept very clean and organized by staff.

prime location helpful staff comfy stay small room unpleasant smell different floors
this place had a prime location and i thought the breakfast on the rooftop was a beautiful thing to start the morning with. staff was very helpfull. the cleanliness was exceptionel, it.
the room could be made more inviting, and there should have been more than one towel. one of my rooms had an unpleasant smell, when i entered. i booked 2 rooms but was on different floors.

The location was great! It was very near the big square and I could walk easily everywhere. Hamid and Ismail were very nice people.
The room's facilities were disappointing. I did not see a wardrobe OR mirror. The front door didn't close properly. Noise from outside disturbed me.
